Independent Carpet Cleaners Association - ICCA
Welcome to the Independent Carpet Cleaners Association website. The ICCA's website was built around an "Online Community" concept. This means that the potential exists for thousands of professional carpet cleaners worldwide to interact online with the goal of sharing knowledge, experiences, and building friendships. Members of this non-profit organization benefit from the interactive experience, document sharing, technical how to's, customer referrals, and the additional benefits that a professional organization can give each member.
The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association, Inc. was founded on Sept. 10, 2007. So, this is a new organization. The need for a professional carpet cleaning association that actually benefits its members without high membership fees was needed. Also, there has been a large amount of concern expressed from professionals about all the "Strong arm" tactics being used by some organizations in this industry that are trying to force professionals to belong to certain organizations or require certain "approvals" or "certifications" to do one's job. It seems as though the "Independence" of business owners in this industry is being stripped away. Thus, the Independent Carpet Cleaners Association was created to establish a voice of reason in the Professional Carpet Cleaning Industry and to provide an online community experience to its members.

Please Note: This Online Community was just opened Dec 2007. So, it may take some time to build up a lively online community. We can only build a great online community by your involvement. Please take a proactive approach and participate as much as possible. Also, spread the word. If you know a professional carpet cleaner that may benefit from this Online Community, please tell them about it.
Guests can browse through many of these features, but cannot interact with them. All these features are available to members to create a true online community. Members quickly see that this is no ordinary Professional Association. The ICCA actually has benefits that members see everyday !!
What is the ICCA in a nutshell?
The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association is a non-profit organization developed with two main goals:
1) Create an Online Community that gives members an interactive membership in a professional association that can grow each member's knowledge, experience, and business skills.
2) A member organization that is against the recent trends of this industry of using "Strong arm" tactics that force professionals to belong to certain organizations or require certain "approvals" or "certifications."
