  • ICCA Mission:

The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association, a non-profit organization, will provide a community for carpet cleaning professionals with common goals develop technical and business knowledge through shared member interaction.

    Purpose:

The carpet cleaning industry employs many professionals.  These professionals are continuously looking for ways to better their technical and business knowledge.  This industry already has many associations and organizations that professionals can join.  However, high membership fees, poor member interaction, and marginal benefits to membership detours many professionals from joining these organizations.  In addition, over the last few years, many organizations in this industry are using “Strong arm” tactics to force professionals into belonging to certain organizations or requiring certain certifications or approvals to do one’s job.  Not only does this cause a financial burden on professionals, but it may also cause loss of “Independence” of running a business.

The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association, Inc., ICCA, will change the way professionals look at an industry association.  The ICCA will have policies that are against “Strong arm” tactics that try to force professionals into certain organizations, certifications, or approvals.  The ICCA will also provide an advanced online community that provides its members with daily opportunities for member interaction to grow business and technical knowledge.  Finally, membership in the ICCA, a non-profit organization, will be at the lowest costs possible to ensure higher membership participation.  After all, a larger membership community allows greater opportunities for shared knowledge!
